Canadian permit data is public. Every city publishes it. But it's scattered across32+ municipal portals, each with different formats, different update schedules, and zero search functionality.

SiteWire normalizes all of it. One feed. Daily alerts. Contractor lookup. So the morning a $2M framing permit is filed in Burnaby, you know about it before anyone else makes a call.
